Horsepower Ranch, Baja Mexico

A couple of years ago I travelled to Horsepower Ranch in Ensenada, Baja Mexico, camera in hand, capturing the moments, atmosphere, and people that make the place so memorable. Like many of my works, the artwork that came from that trip began with a real experience… standing in the dust.. exploring new places and watching the movement around me... photographing the right moment that would later become the reference for a final piece.

Recently I had the chance to return to the ranch, and something incredibly special happened... A framed print of the artwork now hangs proudly at Horsepower Ranch itself, signed by all of us, placed in the very same spot where I originally took the reference photo. Seeing the finished piece sitting exactly where the story first began was one of those rare full-circle moments that reminds me why I create the way I do.

Many of my artworks are shaped this way, built from the places I travel, the people I meet, and the adventures that stay with me long after the trip ends. Knowing that collectors connect with those stories and bring them into their own homes is something I never take for granted.
